Peace Promotion
ProjectsWe believe that living peacefully is the ultimate goal of human life. A peaceful society creates the right environment for understanding our problems and finding effective, sustainable solutions. However, in reality, we often face conflicts, anger, and violence in our personal lives, within families, in communities, and even among nations. These conflicts cause great loss—loss of life, destruction of social assets, displacement, fear, and emotional suffering. As a result, our lives become miserable and painful.
Therefore, it is essential that we learn to overcome conflicts and adopt peaceful, non-violent ways of resolving our problems. We promote this non-violent approach among young people and bring together youth from diverse social backgrounds through camps and community activities. These initiatives help build understanding, trust, and solidarity across cultures.
To inculcate non-violent values and peaceful conflict resolution skills among youth, we implement the following activities:
1. Formation of Youth Groups
We organize youth groups within local communities to provide a platform for participation, leadership, and collective action.
2. Monthly Community Activities
Regular monthly activities are conducted to engage young people in peace-building, community development, and intercultural interaction.
3. Leadership Training
We conduct leadership development programs to help youth build confidence, communication skills, and the ability to resolve conflicts peacefully.
4. Workshops and Seminars
We organize workshops and seminars to promote peace, understanding, and intercultural harmony, enabling young people to become ambassadors of non-violence in their communities.
