Chaitali Pal, a 36 years old lady, having a college going son, runs a successful catering business and a home delivery business with her supportive husband. She lives with her husband, son and parent-in-laws. For the catering business it is seasonal. But the home delivery business is a regular one. She delivers cooked food to more than 40 customers every day.  They have been running the business for over 10 years. She and her husband took loans from us to build the business and now take loan to improve the business. According to Chaitali, lockdown definitely is a drawback for the catering business as no gatherings were expected at that time but her home delivery business flourishes at that time as many covid positive patients being unable to go marketing preferred to order homemade food rather than restaurant food. It helps them to survive the lockdown without much hitch. From both the business they profit Rs. 8000/- to 10000/- per month.
